Alphonso Day: "Geek of the Week?"

Alphonso Day, an amalgam character similar to stories authored by Jeff Kinney and traces of C. S. Lewis, is a child prodigy spitefully labeled by bullies and peers as a nerd geek, is the central character in this lively coming of age tale. Of course, the teasing, taunting, and criticizing could only mean one thing. His classmates and peers were jealous of him. A geek is usually defined and classified by their peers as intellectual, smart, and an academic overachiever. Intelligent kids were formerly described as "bookworms" and classified as having poor social skills. In this story, Alphonso morphs from being labeled as a social outcast to the guy that ends up turning the tide. Come and join the author and discover how God turns the tables and uses something considered harmful to promote Alphonso into an exciting future.
