Delivery and order requests

Send a request with your contact details and the books you would like. Nothing is charged when you send it. We confirm availability, delivery and payment before fulfillment.

Standard US shipping is $4 on every order, whatever the subtotal. The applicable delivery option is confirmed before payment.

For a book without a confirmed shipping date, we check availability first. We do not promise a two-week arrival. Where a shipping date has been confirmed, it appears on the book page.

Payment

An online payment is not required to send a request. Payment arrangements are confirmed with you before anything ships.
