Behind The Mask: Behind The Laughs

Healing, relief, smiles, and anticipation are just a few things that comedians bring to their audience. We embrace the stage and give it all daily to ensure that we leave every audience with the most memorable experiences. What happens when the lights are off when the curtain is closed, and the show is over? We go home to our somewhat normal lives. Some filled with emotional abuse, some filled with upset and dysfunctional families, some who battle with depression, and anxiety. Still yet, with the grace of God and anointing, they use the gift that God has embraced them with, and they survive. As you read the pages in this best-selling book, the comedians share some of their personal experiences that contributed to them becoming. It is my sincere hope that this book will add to your reading pleasure and give you laughter mixed with reality. Enjoy!-Comedienne Tanya Lewis
