Hawk: Rise of the Guardian: Issue #1

A new Guardian has risen. When a mysterious surge of energy tears through the city, fear spreads quickly and no one understands what has arrived. Police, firefighters, and emergency crews race to protect the public, but something far more dangerous is moving beneath the chaos. Then HAWK appears. Wearing advanced black-and-gold armor and a powerful tactical visor, the mysterious protector throws himself into the fight, rescuing civilians and confronting creatures unlike anything the city has ever seen. But every answer leads to another question, and the enemy HAWK defeats may be only the first wave of something much larger. As the city begins to recognize its new Guardian, HAWK discovers a frightening truth: the battle at Riverside Station was only the beginning. Deep beneath the streets, an ancient darkness is awakening. HAWK: Rise of the Guardian launches the HAWK Comic Saga, a cinematic superhero adventure filled with action, mystery, power, courage, and the beginning of an expanding new universe.
