Pets DC: Rise of the Pets

In the U. S. A., there is a system that profits off our deepest miseries and darkest tendencies. Welcome to the world of Pets DC, where the inner workings of this system are played out inside your everyday pet shop; where systemically oppressed individuals learn to discard their inherited and learned biases to overcome a greater enemy. What happens when a newcomer arrives at the shop hell-bent on tearing it all down? This story of collectivist action by pets is a one of a kind tail that leads us to consider what it means to be free. Pets DC is the brain child of two inmates who have decades of experience with the characters and personalities depicted. Organizing beyond barriers of race, class, and other imposed obstacles, Kit, Ramon, and others pushed forward with what little they could to make this book a reality. This story of collectivist action shows that radical work takes all kinds and that revolution is a verb. Join this cast of lovable characters on the adventure of a lifetime.
