Vietnam Journal Book Four: M.I.A.

For the first time, the final issues of the original run of the Vietnam Journal series, are collected. This volume contains the last four issues (#13-#16) of the Apple Comic regular series and sets the stage for the isolated stories that continue Scott 'Journal' Neithammer's passage into the jungles of Vietnam as well as into the psyche of the American G. I.s. Heartily acclaimed, Vietnam Journal has proven as important and relevant now as when it was first released, perhaps more so, because although Vietnam had it's own flavors and peculiarities, war on the front lines is all too similar for those for spearhead the front. "A powerful collection of stories and history of the Vietnam War, created by a veteran of both the war and of war comics" - Douglas P. Dave, School Library Journal "...hits home... Lomax should be commended hardheartedly." - David Peattie, Amazing Heroes
