The Anomalies issue 9: Collapse

FEAR SPREADS FASTER THAN TRUTH. After the public discovery of Raul Costa's body outside EFC headquarters, New Hope City begins turning against itself. Rumors surrounding the "black suit killer" ignite panic across the Neon while the Outskirts refuse to abandon the hero they believe protected them. As Captain Ramon Aceveda publicly acknowledges inconsistencies in the investigation, Wallace Dalton unveils the H. I. S. S. Taskforce-a powerful new security initiative promising order in an increasingly unstable city. But beneath the media spectacle, hidden predators move through the shadows. And Carmello Gates finds himself pulled deeper into a conflict far larger than he understands. Because in New Hope City...fear doesn't need the truth. It only needs a shape. WHEN TRUST COLLAPSES, FEAR TAKES ITS PLACE.
